A major change from The Two Towers is the ability to play as not only just Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli, but Gandalf and Sam and, once unlocked, Frodo, Merry, Pippin, and Faramir. The game plays very much like its predecessor, featuring both the hack 'n' slash gameplay and branching level selection/storyline. The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King is a video game by EA Games based on the movie of the same name. For the mobile games, see The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (Mobile) and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King Trivia. In case you guys haven’t guessed, the LOTR universe is probably my favorite universe so I’m in love with most things LOTR.For the Game Boy Advance game, see The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (Game Boy Advance). The second did more but the first game captured the movie moments in a brilliant I think the first one was made by a different company and followed the books more closely than the movies. I’m a huge LOTr fan and it felt like playing through the movies. The dwarf character was my guy in I loved the Battle for Middle Earth series. I loved how it did it’s own story but followed along with the epic action of the main story.

Most games like that are The Third Age was awesome! I probably played through that campaign four times at least. Both two towers and ROTK are hugely underrated games based on movie plots. The two towers though was an awesome game.
